Franyelly Rodriguez is an Artist and Textile Designer based in the NYC metropolitan area. She creates work at the intersection of art, craft and design that employ personal narratives ranging from the mystical to the mundane to speak broadly about her heritage and upbringing. She holds a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and works within the broad Textile industry.

Her personal practice is comprised of working in the disciplines of weaving, knitting and silkscreen printing. Each of which demand methodical thinking, an eye for color and design, problem solving and patient dedication.
